How do I create my account?
Once you have selected a product and added it to your shopping cart you can continue shopping or proceed
to the check out. If you proceed to the check out you will be asked to supply your password and user ID.
If you havenít created an account already you must select the new account option. Fill in the fields
required as you are prompted and continue with the check out process.
What if I forget my password?
When using the login page, you will be asked to supply your password. If you have forgotten your password,
there is an option available to you to request your password to be emailed to you. We can only send this email to
the email account on file. If you havenít changed your email account your password will be sent to you
instantly. You must check your email account to retrieve this information. Then you simply fill in the
proper information and login.
Can I ship my package to an address other than the one that is in my account?
Yes, you can ship your packages to anywhere you wish.
When will I receive my
Once you have checked out and your order is in the system you will be notified via email that we have received
your order and it is being processed. When the order has been filled a corresponding email will be sent to
you with the tracking number and the date it has shipped.
How do I exchange or return my
You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization.
