Products and Content: All content, products, prices, styles and availability are subject to
change at any time without notice. At the time an order is placed, the purchaser agrees to the
item's price and quantity purchased. The purchaser also agrees to the shipping charge added to
Shipping Limitations: When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated
by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained
on this Web Site. Purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with a carrier for damaged and/or lost
shipments. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or
service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior
to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be shipped via UPS Ground shipping only.
Canada:Orders shipped to Canada may be shipped via UPS Ground shipping only.
An additional shipping and handling charge will be added to cover duties and taxes at customs.
International Shipments: At this time, Kenan Advantage Group Company Store does not accept international orders
except from Canada.
Express Delivery: For continental US shipments, Kenan Advantage Group Company Store offers UPS Next Day Air
and Ground delivery only. A period of 1 to 2 business days may be required for order handling and
distribution, before the order is sent to the shipper. Items shipped via express delivery must be
in stock at the time of purchase.
On occasion, orders or parts of an order are cancelled. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail stating that your order was cancelled.
You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
